What truly sets Australian Care Excellence apart is our founder’s personal commitment to every participant and every support worker. Rather than relying solely on standard orientation, our founder provides daily, hands-on training and mentoring at no additional cost until each support worker feels confident and capable in delivering the participant’s care.
Our founder remains actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of services, ensuring that every participant receives the highest standard of personalised support. She personally oversees participant transitions, taking the time to understand each individual’s strengths, preferences, routines, and support needs. This enables our support workers to provide consistent, confident, and person-centred care from day one.
We also believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That’s why our founder personally conducts face-to-face interviews to carefully select team members who not only possess the right skills, but who also have genuine compassion, patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting people with disability.
Our team doesn’t simply complete tasks, they build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and go the extra mile to help participants live life to the fullest.
