At Australian Care Excellence, we promote independence. We will simply assist you on your needs that are out of your capabilities.
Transitioning to a new life stage is full of challenges for everyone. As you grow, more challenges and responsibilities come over to you. And while transitioning to a new age, everyone learns from their mistakes and experiences.
Assisting with and/or supervising tasks of daily life with a focus on developing the skills of the individuals to live as autonomously as possible.
Our main goal is to help individuals live their life easily and provide assistance in such a way that every needs should be fulfilled living in healthy and friendly environment
We help people with disabilities to get around and make sure that they can make their travels convenient, easy and memorable
What all people have in common, with or without a disability, are the basic life skills that allow us to thrive must be cultivated.
Centre Based Activities and Groups which promote socialisation while offering both worker facilitated and self-directed capacity building activities
We offer assistance with domestic chores, including assistance with cleaning, dishwashing, clothes washing, fresh linen and ironing, in order to maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment for our clients.
Community Engagement Practitioners maintain a focus on resilience, wellbeing and personal growth to successfully connect to the community, with each service tailored to best suit the participant
We are providing Medium term accommodation for up to 90 days in accordance with NDIS compliance. For example, If you need some time to build your home and you need accommodation, your funding can cover the rental cost. You’ll still need to pay for other things like your food, internet, electricity and other usual living costs and bills.
Participation in your community plays a vital role in your wellbeing and self confidence. We can help you to join community, social and civic activities in your area.
We are offering a Respite Care if you want to stay away from home for up to 14 days. It’s not easy to tell your carer you need some time apart. But setting some planned time aside, actually helps to maintain relationships, creating stronger bonds and friendships. You will have the opportunity to explore, while your carer gets to relax, take a break and rejuvenate.
